We are an independent insurance agency licensed in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and phone system, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Vehicle details (VIN, year/make/model, garaging address)

- Current insurance carrier, coverage, and policy expiration date

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Phone calls. Calls to and from our office may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and recordkeeping purposes. You will hear a notification at the start of recorded calls. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let us know and we can continue by email.
Information from third parties. With your authorization, we may obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle records, claims history databases (such as CLUE and A-PLUS), and insurance carriers in order to prepare quotes and process applications.

How long we keep your information
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you and for the period required by insurance recordkeeping and E&O standards, generally at least 7 years after a policy ends or a quote is declined. We may keep certain records longer where required by law.

Colorado residents. As a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we provide a separate privacy notice describing how we handle nonpublic personal information about our customers. That notice governs our handling of customer information and is provided when you become a customer. This website policy covers our online practices.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
